Catfish is found
in freshwater, and it mainly lives in rivers and lakes. Today’s catfish is also
farm-raised in Mississippi, Louisiana, and Arkansas. It is a very unappealing
fish to look at, but the flesh is white, delicate, and has a mild flavor. Catfish
is often breaded and fried, as well as cooked with a Cajun seasoning. The skin
on a catfish is similar to that of an eel – thick, slippery and strong. All
